Jackson County Immunization Records
Please call the Texas Department of State Health Services, Health Services Region 8, at 210-949-2122 to get information on immunization records that were previously stored at the Jackson County Health Department. Our business hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
